The Leadership Circle Profile Certification Training

What is this certification?
The Leadership Circle Profile Certification is a three-day experience resulting from extensive collaboration between CTI and The Leadership Circle. This training program, which combines data and theory of a world class assessment tool with the Co-active Coaching model, is designed to prepare you to successfully use The Leadership Circle Profile, The Leadership Culture Survey, and the Follow-Through Tool. This program is approved by ICF for CCEUs.

Who should attend this certification?
This training is for CTI-trained coaches who have completed core curriculum and who want to deepen the conversation they have with management and executive leadership clients. The uniqueness of this tool is that it supports you in having a powerful, transformative conversation at whatever level of depth is required to create breakthroughs in awareness and performance. In short, TLCP 360 degree feedback instrument helps you go deeper so your client can achieve superior results.
This is the first and only multi-rater assessment that has been woven together with a coaching model which provides a unified, comprehensive framework for delivering transformational leadership into organizations.

What is this certification training intended to accomplish?
This certification will:

  • Educate you, in-depth, about the theoretical models and adult development frameworks that are built into TLCP.
  • Provide you with practical experience in debriefing the Profile with clients.
  • Help you thoroughly understand the solid theoretical and statistical foundation that the Profile stands on, and help you know how to answer questions that clients raise about the validity of the tool.
  • Give you implementation templates for supporting the ongoing learning and follow-through of your clients.
  • Acquaint you with The Leadership Circle Workshops used in conjunction with TLCP to accelerate and deepen self-awareness and follow-through.
  • Train you in the use of the web based The Leadership Culture Survey and Follow-Through Tool.
  • Include and initiate your involvement in a community of practice that will support you in having a greater impact through your work with leaders.
