Co-Active Executive Coaching
Break into the Executive Suite!
Do you want to move your practice from coaching middle managers up to coaching in the C-Suite? This course prepares you to stand toe-to-toe with the executive facing rapid change, unpredictability, and conflicting demands from all directions.
In this two and 1/2 day in-person workshop, you will learn from a former senior executive from a Fortune 100 company who has also been a venture backed CEO to enhance the scope of the coach’s approach to practical, specific, and time-pressured results in the workplace. Hear what it is really like to live the life of an executive and what he or she needs and expects from a coach.
