Co-Active Executive Coaching

Break into the Executive Suite!

Do you want to move your practice from coaching middle managers up to coaching in the C-Suite? This course prepares you to stand toe-to-toe with the executive facing rapid change, unpredictability, and conflicting demands from all directions.

In this two and 1/2 day in-person workshop, you will learn from a former senior executive from a Fortune 100 company who has also been a venture backed CEO to enhance the scope of the coach’s approach to practical, specific, and time-pressured results in the workplace. Hear what it is really like to live the life of an executive and what he or she needs and expects from a coach.

What You Will Learn

Strategies to help you:

  • avoid mistakes that will get you kicked out of the office in the first ten minutes,
  • establish credibility without having been an executive,
  • shift from Co-Active Coaching to mentoring, training, or consulting to enhance your client’s success, and
  • leverage often intractable circumstances into a transformative event that takes your client’s leadership to the next level.

The value in this program is the direct access you will have to an active, high-level CEO paired with a senior CTI faculty member who focuses on corporate engagements. If you are serious about coaching executives at a high level, this workshop presents a not-to-be-missed opportunity.

Completion of core curriculum plus previous experience working in organizations and experience coaching managers or above.
