Overview
Leadership Mastery (Retreat 5) expands upon and extends leadership skills developed in the four retreats of the Co-Active Leadership Training program. Some of the skills honed during this retreat include Deepening of Full Permission, Taking Responsibility for Impact, and an unforgettable experience of Creating from Everything.
Retreat 5 is a practicum or "master class" for change agents who are serious about developing their mastery of Level 4 Leadership and applying it in the front of the room and in the world. As a particpant, you'll co-lead with CTI course leaders and other participants allowing for lots of practice, invaluable feedback and a chance to play with the best of the best.
Outcomes:
- Learn the vital importance of giving yourself full permission to fail
- Build leadership “muscle”
- Learn how to Recover to Your Stake and Staying, even after you succeed
- Practice coaching arcs and timing
- Integrate your Level 3 awareness with your Level 1 urge
Prerequisite
Completion of the Co-Active Leadership Training program (all four retreats).
Tuition
The total program cost for Leadership Mastery is USD $2,500.00/€2,500.00. A $500.00/€500.00 deposit is due upon registration. This fee includes tuition, meals and residential fees for 6 days and 5 nights, beginning at 11 AM Tuesday and ending at 3 PM Sunday.
